When are we available?
For your convenience, the following Calendar includes our current bookings for Auctions and Conquest events (note this is provided as a guideline and is subject to change at short notice).
We have found that Clubs benefit most from Conquest events with more than 80 paying adults (for example 8 tables of 10). The more people involved, the more opportunity to raise a little from the larger group and the greater the cash income for the club.

- Contact the A Grade Group on 03 9357 7701 to find out about pricing and availability (refer the Calendar above for a general guide).
- Make a booking, please download the booking form and fax back to the A Grade Group 03 9357 7702
- We will send you some promotional posters for advertising your event (free of charge).
- You promote your event (we can provide incentive vouchers from the A Grade Group for those that successfully sell 20 or more tickets) and you will need to ensure the venue with tables etc will be available on the night.
- The week before the event, A Grade will contact you to confirm numbers and to discuss any other logistic issues relating to set up etc.
- If confirmed, A Grade will discuss access to the venue prior to the start time and any other logistic needs.
- A Grade will arrive at least an hour prior to the event to set-up the sound rig, the Memorabilia and games.
- Conquest generally runs for 3.5 hours and takes 30-45mins to clean up afterwards. For example if we start Conquest at 7:30pm, we will make presentations between 1100pm-11:30pm and have the A Grade gear loaded up before midnight.
- In the week after the event, we will email you a poster which will include photos from the night. The poster and photos will be available through theAdamsFactory for purchase in high resolution directly.
